Thank you for choosing KD Creations by Dana! Please review our concise return policy for a seamless shopping experience:

1. Eligibility for Return: Items must be in their original condition. Please make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached, so we can process your return smoothly and quickly. Returns may be done up to 14 days after receiving order.

2. Orders past 14 days of receive are not eligible for return.

3. Return processing time: Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return. Once completed, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Any SALE items are final sale.
• Pre-Orders are final sale.
• Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are not in their original condition.
• All swim is final sale. 

Items need to be returned with receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Limit: After 3 returns in a 30 day period, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
